ok so awhile ago i asked why my plants where sagging and some one told me to rinse them with warm water so i did and they went back up but now i have algea on them and they are top heavy. whats the best way to fix this oh and also needs to be cheep too

oh the plants are plastic
thanks ahead of time!

Wash them in 10 parts water to 1 part bleach. Rinse very well then soak them in a stronger than normal of dechlorinator than normal.

I usually just rub it off with my thumb and fore finger.

You could employ some otocinclus catfish to eat the algae off of the plants. They won't damage the leaves, and they are super cute little dudes.
The first month is tough though, as they are kind of fragile after shipping, and are sensitive to changes in water quality.
I have a couple of them :)
