am i feeding my fish enough? help!

I have
x11 red rosies
x1butterfly fish
x4 gourami's
x1 shark minnow
x1 crayfish
x1tire track eel
x2 pleco's

I feed my fish two pinches of tropical flakes twice a day, 4 floating sticks for butterfly and 2 sinking tablets for pleco's and eels and crayfish. I watch all these videos of fish going crazy when they are fed and it is an actual show to watch but when I feed my fish they kinda wait for awhile and eat it over a few hours. is there anything I can change or do differently to have them be exited to eat? please help thankyou!
