Ammonia ammonia ammonia. No matter how many water changes no matter the use of ammo chips I have the constant presence of ammonia. I have a 30 gal excell filtration plenty of aieration. What can I do now?

I've done 2 50% water changes in the last week

O srry um that is not over stocked so there must be somethin wrong obviously. But im srry im not more help.

My last hope is to relocate the fish temporarily and do a complete water change

How old is your test kit? Have you checked your tap water?

Got test lit when I started tank. 2 months

Do u mean the bottles that contain the test drops?

Ok first I guess I should've asked which test kit you have? If its the API master kit you need to shake the crap out of the bottles and then make sure you hold it completely straight upside down to get uniformed drops. Otherwise it can throw your tests off.
