ammonia alart sticky, good or bad?

ok yesterday I went and got one, the little alart system that goes into the water tank. are they any good or is it just an illusion of a product?

Are you talking about the one by Seachem? I think they work very well. I compared it with the Aq. Pharm. ammonia test kit to double check and the readings match with the Seachem one.

yes it is the seachem one, so as long as the middle is yellow we are all good correct?

Yep. I know the toxic level is 5ppm but I cant remember the other ones. It said even if there is a tiny bit of ammonia like .1 it will have a greenish tint, so that should be ok too.
