Would I be right to say that this angel is a vail tail altum? Just trying to figure out what exactly he is and how much he would be worth if I were to trade him in. He's about 5" from mouth to the end of his tail.

No he is a scalare angel. Definitely not an altum. I don't know the morph but yes I do believe it is a veil tail

That looks exactly like my angel. Not sure what the color is called. It's the most common of all angelfish colors though. And it has regular fins definitely not veil.
I agree maybe $15 tops. I got mine as a baby for like $4.
Edit: I believe it's called domestic silver.
