Angelicus Loach Stomach Sagging

What's wrong with my fish? Is it pregnant? I've heard that underfeeding can lead to sagging belly, but I feel like it's been getting enough food. It looks like it's bulging like a balloon rather than sagging.

Looks more like overeating to me. I've seen catfish with bigger bellies than that from pigging out.

The old saying is, a fat loach is a happy loach, on the other hand it does look pregnant......lol

leave algae wafers out for a week and cut down on feeding your fish, see what happens
