Aquaclear 110 companion?

I have an 80 gallon tank with an aquaclear 110, and I would like more filtration. Which 2nd filter would you recommend me? Thanks.

Have you looking into a canister filter? The best part about them is you can customize your filter media a little more. Just a thought. If your looking for another hob filter, why not another aquaclear?

With a 110 already on the tank, look into a 70. They still provided lots of flow and are not to big. You could run a different set of media in this one. Maybe something like purigen and chemi-pure elite. This would help with any phosphates in the water. The best part, purigen is rechargable with the use of bleach and prime. The purigen can last as long as 6 months and the chemi-pure elite lasts for 2-3 months depending on your bioload.
