are gourami compatible with danios ?? or will the danios Nip

i know danios are very nippy fish.
I definitely know they are NOT compatible with angels.

but I was wondering, are danios compatible with gourami ??

I keep danios & DG's together and have never seen a danio nip anyone.
They're usually too busy runnin' around the tank.

just make sure you have around 5 danios because they really enjoy having friends.

So far, my gouramis are fine, have yet to be nipped. So i think thats a yes, gouramis are compatible with danios.

My danios don't nip anyone in my tank they just stay together.

I think the consenus is the same here, but yes they are compatible. I actually thought danios were compatible with anything that couldn't eat them.

They should be fine. I have danios with my gouramis, and I just upped their school after loosing a few over the course of a few months, and the danios look great! I now have 9, 2 zebras, 1 blue, and 6 leopards (my favs). As to keeping them with angels, I haven't had a problem with them in the psat! HTH
