Are these eggs?

This is in my 40 gal tank I have 1 blue gourami and 1 opaline gourami, I’ve had them for maybe a year or two I can’t remember lol but could those little balls on the glass possibly be eggs?

Nerite snails ...They won't /can't hatch I believe...
Gouramis are bubble nest builders whose eggs otherwise sink..
The male deposits the eggs into the nest he builds on the surface.

Okay thank you! Should I do anything about them or just leave them?

You can scrape them off.I believe they need salt water to hatch? Maybe I am on wrong snail ? You have a nerite snail ?

I'm curious too. What snails do you have? Looks a little different than nerite eggs, and I don't think I've ever seen my nerites lay eggs on the glass.

I don’t have any snails, I’m guessing it was a hitchhiker from plants I bought, so that’s probably where they came from but I haven’t seen any snails in the tank

Also it couldn't be the gouramis'. You have one of different gouramis. Must be hitchhikers then.
