automatic water changer??

I just read something about an auto matic water changer called "Meridian Automatic Aquarium Water Changer" I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this or how it works

i love that idea and want to do that but 1st my tap water has tons of harmfull chemicals in it that would hurt the fish and 2nd ( not totally important the nearest faucet doesnt have any threads

any i deas of a automatic declorinater or a different model

I hooked up a toilet float valve to an icemaker supply line. I put one of those under-sink carbon water filter in line to take out chlorine, but still add a few drops of dechlor regularly to neutralize chloramines.
