i saw many tutorials about how to make backgrounds with expanded foam, silicon
and coco fiber but can i use sawdust instead of coco fiber. any side effects ??

Sawdust can rot and harbor mold. Coco fiber is far more resilient when submerged and will add more structural integrity. I'd stick with the recommended materials.

any sawdust resilient woods that wont rot ?

Mahagony and cedar. Why the sawdust though? Do you live behind a sawmill?

personal reaction when coco fiber weight price becomes higher than swordfish steaks

maybe 100 grams, but i still wont pay 15 - 30 euro for a bag plus shipping. sawdust is free. if it wont rot iits perfect
