How in the world do you get these nice backgrounds to stay on the back of your aquarium? Tape just dosn't seem to be holding.

I've had good luck with plain old scotch tape. If that doesn't seem to be holding I've also used black vinyl electrical tape.

Are you using double sided tape?

On my last aquarium, I used heavy mat board (like used to frame art) and would just use a few piece of double sided scotch tape along each edge. I never had a problem with it coming off and it weighed more than the typical film backgrounds you see in the pet stores.

Good luck.

If you cut the background 1/8" shorter than the length and width the thickness of the glass on the sides of the tank will hide the tape.
