badis

I haven't kept them together (badis just started arriving here maybe 2 years ago) and I was at school for most of last year, but I'd be worried about the badis. I'd say they'd do better in a species only or a dwarf tank, as they only get up to maybe 3/4-1" at adulthood. From what I've seen, they may flare a little with the other badis for territory, but I've never seen anything beyond trying to take food away from eachother (for physical aggression)

Another thing, my badis will only eat frozen bloodworms and/or mosquito larvae, and I lost two because they would not eat anything. I'm not sure how it'll work out when I go to school, because if I leave them at home, I don't think my mom can take care of them (my other tank should be fine).
 
Great fish, in no way compatible with a betta. As Krap said, they can be picky. Our's loved FD black worms.
