Bala sharks

Are bala sharks compatible with malawi cichlids and peacocks?

No...plus, you really need a school, and 5 balas would seriously affect the space in anything short of a 200G tank, as they get to be quite large (and ince they hit 10" and up, they would probably be a threat to the Malawis).

Bummer! I knew you all were going to say that! Thank goodness I've learned the value of research and asking questions before doing something potentially harmful to the fish.

That's what we are here for and that is the most important thing IMO.

Kudos to you for asking and doing the research.
