Can anyone link me to a good well written page on the benefits of regular PWC?

I have several people ask me why I do regular PWC and I'm growing tired of explaining myself over and over again when usually I'm met with laughter and the usual "well I don't do that and my fish are fine" spiel. I want to be able to just give them a link and only reply if they genuinely ask further information.

Thanks in advance

I just tell them if asked, to keep my fish alive, the tank clean, me happy and water parameters under control. If they persist I just tell them that I had already painted the inside of my mailbox and rearranged my sock drawer so a water change was next on the list of things to do.

Thanks for the giggle Convict. ;)
Any links or info relating to the amount of bacteria in the water versus the filter media and tank contents?
