My betta enjoys chasing around and about once or twice a week eating the ghost shrimp. I typically will fast him for a couple of days after eating one and then start feeding him pellets daily. Is it okay that the bulk of his diet is ghost shrimp?

It shouldnt be the bulk of his diet but it shouldnt be problematic. As long as you keep feeding him a balanced pellet source and varied other foods, he should be fine.
