Betta Fin Regrowth

I got my betta almost two months ago. He got fin rot at the beginning because I was having trouble dealing with the Nitrogen Cycle. I added aquarium salt and the fin rot cleared up and even got some fin regrowth. About probably half way through the Nitrogen Cycle, I think he was stressed because of all the water changes (because I was trying to get the ammonia down) so I believe he was biting at his fins. Nitrogen Cycle is completely through now, he's stopped biting his fins but nothing is regrowing yet. Is that something I should worry about at this point or just wait a while? I do use Stress Coat+ when I do water changes which is every 3 days or so. My levels are
Ammonia- 0ppm
Nitrite- 0ppm
Nitrate- 10ppm
Ph- 6.8
Temperature- 79°f

Give him some time. I honestly didn't think a betta could regrow from fin rot, but I have learned better. Good water quality, proper temperature, and good nutrition will help.

The first picture was from March 28, when I brought him home. The following 3 are from today. Same betta, I swear. I think Scruffy needs to be renamed.

Right? I hadn't been paying attention, so I didn't realize how much he'd filled out until I went looking for the first picture I had of him.

It will regrow. Bettas have an incredible ability to regenerate their fins, although if they're badly damaged (or there's damage to the rays) they may not grow back exactly like they were before (they may be shorter or slightly deformed, for example). Just make sure the water is clean; that's key. It may take some time, but be patient. You should see some new growth soon.
