I have 3 bichir senegalus and 2 of them eat anything that I put innthe tank but one of them won’t. How can I get to eat ?

Do you have access to live foods? Black worms, small earthworms, etc. Any of those options may coax the fish into eating.

The only thing that would eat is tubifex

You could also try frozen foods like blood worms. Anything that could trigger a feeding response is worth a try.
