Big mystery shrimp?

I was wondering if someone can ID this guy for me? I bought him a year ago with a bunch of Amano shrimp. They were all tiny then and he looked identical asides from his longer pinchers. But in the past year he's changed color and gotten much larger than my Amanos. I'd say he's at least 3" head to tail at the moment.

I think he eats some of the fish as they have a habit of vanishing without a trace however he's by far the centerpiece of the tank. He even joins the feeding frenzy with my fish.
