Bottom Feeders.

Ive recently upgraded my tank and moved across all my fish, currently I have 5 pandas & 4 Kuhili Loaches, I was wanting to add some larger fish and was considering a Red Tail, would he be ok with the cats & Kuhilis or should I get something else?

What size is the tank and are there any fish other than the bottom feeders?
