Breeding Ghost shrimp and Snails

Is it possible to breat Ghost Shrimp and Snails in the Same tank for my Puffers?

I have a 10 gallon tank that just finished cycleing and want to breat snails and ghost shrimp .

2 questions
best way to breed ghost shrimp

and snails

any suggestions would ge great thanks

I have never bred them, only cherry shrimp, but have heard it is not easy. Snails, now that's another story...
