Hello, i have one 2inch Jack Dempsey that lives in a 35 gallon with a 2 inch Briliant Jewel Chiclid. Previous to about 3 days ago the jewel ran the tank and had really nice colors. But as of the past 3 days to now, it has a huge stomach and is on the bottom breathing heavy. Its been getting worse and today it is bad. I was just wondering if anyone knew what could be wrong? Ill post a pic.

That looks like a kribenis not a jewel cichlid. It's not pregnant and it either has bloat or an internal parasite. If its laying on its side like that breathing heavy its most likely to late. I think your best bet is to just euthanize it I don't see how it could be fixed. Has it been swimming at all since it hit the bottom and has been on its side?

I concur, there is likely no pulling it back at this point and the fish suffers. I also think it is a Krib.
