Bristlenose and a betta 15 gallon companions?

What can be with it ? Im mostly looking for schooling fish (like rasboras and such) , but give me ideas also
On another note how often for a water change with these 2 guys in ? Fairly little right?

Actually your water change schedule should be pretty hefty..... Plecos have an enormous bioload
