Brown Algae and Otto

My 29gal (three months old) has a problem with brown algae. It is all over the place.. I have a otto which eats this algae.. but cannot keep up.. Is buying more otto is the solution or any other solution is there.. I used the standard 20 watts fixture which came with my All-Glass.

Brown algae is diatoms. Most new tanks get it. It should go away on its own. A couple more ottos would not hurt anything, however.

It is also very easy to wipe off with a clean cloth.
