bubbles?!?

there are little bubbles forming inside my tank ..they're on everything(plants, rocks, and walls) and i dont know whats causeing it. can anyone help me out?

Is it a new tank? Freshly drawn tap water often makes lots of little bubble as dissolved gasses come out of solution. These quickly dissipate.
