Bubbles and cloudy water

My tank has bubbles built up behind where the water comes out and it's kind of cloudy any ideas what is wrong?

Looks like it could be a protein film building up at the surface. What do you feed your fish?

I'm having the same problem. I used Accu-Clear last week and it cleared up for about 2 days then turned back to this. I even tried a 75% wc with no results.

I changed out my filter, vacuumed gravel, changed water and to no prevail, bloodworms btw

It's protein from the bloodworms. You may want to consider adding a skimmer attachment to your filter.

Maybe switch to a flake or pellet, and just do bloodworms as the occasional treat, if you don't want to add extra equipment. It fouls up your water fast to use meaty foods all the time.
