Bubbles in tank?

So I just set up a small 10gal tank today. And on the top of the water. And it looks like there's foam. Almost soapy. But I have not used any type of soap in the tank.

So I just set up a small 10gal tank today. And on the top of the water. And it looks like there's foam. Almost soapy. But I have not used any type of soap in the tank.

It may be broken down bacteria, or almost anything! I have seen a similar kind of thing in the drainage area of a pond near my house. I think it should be safe, if you don't like it in there then net it out.

I had that problem so what I did was let the water cycle for a day and then it fixed itself

Yeah I have a bubbler. But I haven't had that issue in any other tanks. I'll just let it roll for a day and see.

Also I can't net it out. They just keep comin back
