I just found bugs crawling on my LS and LR. Do I have to get them out? I thought that if the came with my LR, they must be of some use to my tank. They look like small cockroach bout the size of an ant.

Well, until someone moves it, I'll try to identify your "cockroaches". LOL Sounds like amphipods and they are beneficial to your tank.
