Bulk water conditioner?

I have three tanks - 55 gallon, 29 gallon, and 15 gallon. I'm going through quite a bit of water conditioner and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a water conditioner sold in bulk? I've been looking around, only seen one product on Wal-Mart.com but wanted to see if anyone knew of something better.
Thanks!

Seachem safe. It's like prime but powdered and concentrated.

I use safe for my 600 gallons of freshwater.
Great product.
This is what is in the link from hensleyjk(wow!);
Sodium Thiosulfate
For most prime is good enough and stays fresh longer then other products.

If you want pre-mixed Prime, it does come in larger bulk containers
