bumblebee catfish changing colors?

this is what my bumble bee catfish used to look like however i noticed shes turning an almost pink color recently? does anyone know why?

What are the parameters of the tank?

Temperature?

pH?

What are your water changes like?

Is the fish getting meaty foods?

temperature between 70-75
pH im unsure i just did a water change 5 mins ago
my water changes consist of suckimg up the rocks amd then putting cold water back in
i feed them regular fish pellots
