Can anyone tell me the best way to get calcium deposits off of aquarium glass, I picked up a 125 gal that has been neglected for years.

Vinegar water and alot of spare time.

wow! you did an awesome job on that tank, I was really shocked when it started working, i mean i had this awesome tank that i couldnt see into. now my little buddies will have a home 5x what they are in .

Okay so I've had plenty of time to start scaping my tank, after about six days I finally got purple on my nitrites lol, this is what I've got so far. Any suggestions?
