Can someone ID this for me?

It looks like some type of branching algae.
What I have noticed is that if you remove it from water and it touches air, it turns black within seconds.

Looks like bladderwort. It's a nuisance. Got it from a plant shipment. Fragments easily, so care mush be taken when removing it. Grows rapidly!
That and duckweed are my least favorite plants.

10 years in the hobby and I have never come across this before... Never even heard of it!
