Can this live in a10g

I want a Molly and a Cory ether panda or pepper can they live in that size tank

No...Molly's require 20g or more and Corys are much the same. Although small they require schools of 5 or more and need something like a 20L for the footprint that they need.
Sorry to burst your bubble if you want either fish you'd need to upgrade your tank.
