Can you save the fry

If a guppy female dies near end of pregnancy is thre a way to save the fry . Can u cut open female to get them out and swish them in water to get them to unfold ?

I suppose you could try it but I highly doubt it would work. The eggs hatch inside her as she's giving birth so I doubt there is much you could do. Even if there was any chance of it working, you would have to do it straight away....
