Not sure about Dallas, but i know our LFS don't seem to carry them. Im sure an LFS could order them for you!

Good luck with the search. I'm sure someone in Dallas has them, I'd just start calling around. I'm in Colorado Springs and had to drive up over an hour to Denver for mine. Had to call ahead.

Not in Dallas but if you're willing for the drive there's a place in west Fort Worth called The Fish Place. They have CPDs almost every time I visit them. Just look up their name and it'll give you the address; that is if you're willing for the drive.
