i'm looking for something that will add volume and body.

joking aside, i've been an avid stress coat user, but with the coming of a larger tank, i've been thinking about switching to prime as it would last longer and save me some money.

will the fish be affected by an abrupt change in conditioner?

thanks!

I recently changed from stress coat to prime and am very pleased. Of course, the smell is another thing to get used to!

I highly recommend getting Prime for removing chlorine/chloramine as well as Seachem's StressGuard for slime coat protection and healing of wounds.

Cost per use is far less than other dechlorinators IMO. The inital cost is more but much less due to the large concentration.

I wouldn't even bother with a slime coat enhancer.

i mean, when's the last time you read about fish in the wild utilizing aloe vera plants??

I buy the 16oz bottle of Prime and it keeps my tanks dechlor'd for about a year.

I have only heard great things about prime. I went el-cheapo for my startup but plan on using prime once I get things in full swing.
