You don't buy reverse osmosis water systems at Petco, you get it at places like Home Depot, or somewhere online

Then if you want to spend it on RO water, you're just going to have to buy RO water from Petco.

Why are you using RO? What type of fish are you keeping?

I have a couple of barrels of RO at home, the SO uses them to do water changes on my tank. She never adds the correct amount of conditioner, so this is a bit safer. I know some people use it just out of pure laziness though.

That's understandable. Changing with nothing but pure RO can be a detriment if additional additives aren't used though.

My questions to the OP stand. Knowing why and what will go a long way towards being able to properly advise.

Uhm, you sort of can but not really. It's a heck of a lot easier to go and buy a pre-made one.
