Cherry Shrimp

About how big do these guys get? also, are they any good algae wise? and can someone post pics. I heard from a new store employee at a different store than i usually go to that they get to 1/2 cm and are terrible algAE eaters.

Ive heard they eat some algae but amano shrimp are better for that. Cherries stay very small. Like less than an inch I think...
