Would Cherry Shrimps be okay in a 70L tank with African Dwarf Frogs? And if I wanted to get some cherry shrimps how many would you suggest? Thank you for any help given!

I would use caution. African frogs will eat most things that fit in their mouth but most shrimp will be safe if there is a lot of moss or other hiding space, and they are quick when they need to be. My African frogs were always a little on the derpy side, but I caught one eating a young platy in my old community tank.

Thank you for your help :)
What about ADFs and glowlight tetras?

I think glow lights would be fine, they should be large enough. If you're still into the idea of shrimp you could try Amanos. They are great algae eaters and will get much larger the the cherrys.
