Circulation pump for my tank?

Hello everyone! I have a 30 gal freshwater tank set up. I run a cascade 1000 filter in my tank which is plenty for filter. Only thing is when my water level is where I want it there is not much surface movement along the back side of the tank. I was looking into some circulation pumps for my tank. I do have a small bubble wand along the back wall of my tank. Any advice is helpful!

I think you are good if you got air bubbles along the back where there's little water movement.
