Clamped fins on new calico ryukin goldfish?

Hello everyone (:
I'm looking for advice with my calico ryukin goldfish. She is very active and healthy looking but her pectoral fins are bent oddly..
The tank is new, I had the fantail alone in a 20 gallon and moved her to the 30 gallon on the 28th last month, and got my little ryukin the next day. (I didn't change all the water, I put the 20 gallons into the new tank and just added some new water)
All water levels are fine and she already had the bent fins when I bought her (didn't notice, she was in a small, over packed tank at Petsmart). She looks unaffected by them, is it just a harmless defect ?
Thanks in advance for any help (:

(sorry about bad quality, would have been crystal clear if I was able to upload videos directly to the site but it wouldn't let me)
