cleaning overhaul killed ADF?

Hhhhhmmm I think one of my two ADF;s is dying and I think it's from the cleanign the tank yesterday. I was very careful to not injure them at all. And my water params are 0,0 and 0. and it's a ten gal. What do you think it could be?

What are you feeding it? Any aquarium salt? I had 3 adfs and 2 died cuz my wife added aquarium salt which is not good for their bodies. The remaining one is fine since I caught the tank in time. He only eats blood worms

i feed only blood worms and there is no salt. he died. a great way to start my mother's day.
