So after getting high nitrate readings yesterday I done a succession of water changes to bring the level down.

After the final change today the tank has developed a cloudiness issues.

It seemed to happen around 5 mins after I turned the filter back on after the PWC.

Any ideas what it is? Bacterial bloom or something else?

What color is the water? Does it have a green tint to it or is it more milky-white?

Definitely milky white colour.

Only happened after a couple of water changes.

Hope it hasn't caused a mini cycle or causing the tank to re cycle

Could be a mini cycle - it sounds like a bacterial bloom.

Are you certain it is not microbubbles from all of the water changes? I have seen that happen before as well.

If it is a bacteria bloom, it will run its course in a few days. Resist the urge to add any of the "water clear" additives.

Yea its not micro bubbles lol :)

I'll have to wait it out it seems.

I'll keep an eye on the test results and don't worry, I never add anything to my tanks
