Cloudy water

So I have a 10g freshwater tank. It's fully cycled and stocked. The seems to be a bit cloudy. Is there any reason why it would be like this.

My water is...
.25 ammonia
0 nitrites
10 nitrates.

And I just did a 50% water change

Since your showing ammonia you might be having a slight bacterial bloom. One way to tell if it's a bacterial bloom is to do a WC. Then if the water clouds back up that's a bacterial bloom. Generally they clear on their own in a day to a few days.
