cloudy water

I've had my tropical fish tank with platies in for nearly a year and now, the past two weeks it has suddenly gone cloudy. I've done 50% water changes and tested the water - no problem so need help on how to clear it?
I have live plants and snails to keep the algae down.#Any suggestions?

Hello fish...

Carbon medium is designed to attract and hold the small particles in the water that can make it hazy. HBH has a good padded carbon product that fits most aquarium filters.
