:) soory i m a newbie, so i m not able to answer ur Q

btw i want to ask, why your tank looks cloudy, a bit cloudy
what can u do when it gets cloudy.

a new tank always gets cloudy. its the bacterial bloom. it will pass.

in matured tanks, cloudy water can be multiple things. Greenwater forming, a bacterial bloom because something damaged your bio filter, a contaminant, or simply free floating detris.

depending on the cause, there are different solutions.

I had the same question....but figured I would read all the old posts about it rather than make a new one. Weird thing is with mine is that of all the tanks I have set up, this is the first that has gone cloudy. Set up 1 month, lots of plants, ammonia and nitrite always 0 since set up, even with adding fish (plants take up the NH3 and NO2). Fish and plants are super happy. I guess it's PWCs and patience for me.

I've had my tank set up for a month and it's never gotten cloudy. I hope its cycling!
