Clown Loahces & Shrimp?

Can Clown Loaches and shrimp co-habitate? I know that loaches go after snails, will they do the same with shrimp (amano, cherry, etc.)?

I'm no expert but from all the research I've done, shrimp should be fine with the loaches. Although I can't find any info on when the loaches get bigger though, so I don't know if this would work out in the long run. Hopefully someone else can shed more light on this.

they'll eat them but they wont really chase them around the tank. the shrimp will be fine as long as there're places to hide.

It's probably one of those things that you have to test out. I have never been able to keep ghost shrimp, so I stopped trying. I suspected it was either my clown loaches, or the pictus cats that were getting them.
