CO2 Injection via mist in canister filter intake

Hi, I recently found my external filter support well injecting CO2 mist from my full pressure system into the intake. It doesn't make noise, except relaxing bubbling sound in the motorized impeller.

Can this harm the BBs in my Eheim Classic 250 (2213) ? Is there any danger for having any little mini ammonia spike, that could kill my shrimps ? Injecting 7hrs/day
