So my tank is growing well but think it could be better will there be notable difference if I add co2 or will it not change much

C02 injections will always help. If u are heavily stocked with fish you may have enough already. Try taking out the bubble stone and in a well stocked tank there should be enough C02 (given by fish by day), oxygen (given by plants at night), Ferts (fish poop, food), trace elements (tap water) and everything in between to support a long living, happy, healthy and self-sufficent ecology.

It kinda depends on the plants. If they're not very demanding like java fern, anacharis, hornwort, etc. it's not exactly a necessity. But if they're high-light special needs plants like ludwiga respens or red camboda, I'd kinda recommend it. You can always add in Flourish Excel, which is an alternative to CO2.
