Community fish

I currently have a 40L biorb with a gravel bottom and 5 neon tetras and was wondering what kind of other community fish I could place in the tank with them??

No it's a 40 litre. So ten imperial gallons?

If you're willing to change the substrate to sand, pygmy cories would work.
